1. General provisions
1.1. This Agreement is an official proposal (offer) of the Seller to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely.
1.2. Each Client who places an order confirms his agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the property of the goods presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer – to pay for and accept them under the terms of this Agreement.
3. Ordering
3.1. The buyer places an order through the website or in another available way (e-mail, messenger, etc.).
3.2. The order is considered accepted after confirmation by the Seller’s manager.
4. Prices and payment
4.1. Prices for goods are indicated on the website in the national currency of Ukraine, including VAT.
4.2. Payment is made by full or partial prepayment through online services or other available methods.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out by courier services in Ukraine and abroad in accordance with the conditions specified on the website.
5.2. The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the goods and is paid separately.
6. Return of goods
6.1. The buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine within 14 days from the date of receipt.
6.2. The goods must be in new, unworn condition with all labels and packaging intact.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Seller is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations in cases of force majeure.
7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice.
8.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations or in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
